This is NOT generic testing material these questions are specifically custom-designed to prepare you for the Akron Firefighter Examination! H Employment Inventory. This section of your Akron Firefighter Examination will deal with situations and questions about you that are trying to identify whether or not you have the key personality traits and behaviors of a successful firefighter. This portion of the examination has a failure rate of 40-60%! We will include our Psychological Exam Preparation Audiotape or CD and Workbook (a $29.95 value) at no cost to help you with this portion of the examination. During this audio presentation, we examine over 60 key questions from each of the major personality traits to help you determine what this type of testing format is looking for in a successful firefighter applicant.
