Leadership:
Leadership is the most commonly measured behavioral trait. This trait indicates whether an individual has the ability to take charge and to specify specific courses of action. Leadership involves the ability to communicate, to be independent and make the correct decisions, including the planning and organizing of duties and responsibilities not only for yourself but for others. Individual needs to be flexible and sensitive, not only to subordinates but to organizational needs. Possesses a high degree of patience and stress tolerance. People who perform well in in-basket exercises are considered strong and capable leaders.
