Planning and Organizing: This element involves goal setting and establishing orderly courses of action not only for yourself but also for subordinates. Desired goals must be realistic and achieved results must be capable of being measured and have a definite time at which results are to be obtained. Planning and organizing also includes the ability to schedule and plan the assignments of your subordinates and to have effective resources available to your subordinates to complete these assignments.
